Walking the Path
Nicholas Green is a Bristol-based nature practitioner, coach, and facilitator with a background in youth work, group facilitation, and ecological education. With over a decade of experience designing and leading nature-based programmes, he helps individuals and organisations reconnect with what matters through immersive outdoor experiences.
Nicholas’s work spans one-to-one coaching, group immersions, and bespoke corporate programmes, all grounded in his belief that nature offers not just restoration but clarity, rhythm, and deeper connection. He’s worked with leading institutions across education, wellbeing, and the corporate sector, creating experiences that support mental health, leadership growth, and team cohesion.
Drawing on practices from forest bathing, eco-psychology, and trauma-informed facilitation, Nicholas weaves together science and soul in his approach. His sessions are accessible, inclusive, and deeply grounded—whether guiding a reset walk in the woods or hosting a multi-day immersion for a leadership team.
